My name is Ernie Lo and I created this website to help others learn helpful troubleshooting tips on all things electronics. If you have an error, fault or issue with your computer or TV, Volt Fixer can help you.
I have always had a passion for electronics in particular video games, computers and desigining websites.
I am a huge Nintendo fan, especially the 8 bit Nintendo NES! I will never forget the day my parents bought me my own Nintendo NES for Christmas in the early 1990’s. I played it everyday with my friends such as Jason and Vince. It wasnt until the N64 was released in 1997 that I slowed down on the NES gaming. I still have my NES all the years later and it’s my prized posession.
My love for computers didn’t begin until the late 90’s but really took off in the early 2000’s when my grandfather bought me my very own computer. Around 2001 I finally got a internet connection and this is where I discovered my skill and passion for web design and using computers.
I studied Web Design and Development in 2004 to 2007 and completed my diploma in Web Design and Web Development at TAFE SA in South Australia.
Since 2009 I have been working as a IT support and troubleshooting expert at a large vending machine company. I enjoy this job as there is always some tech related issue to resolve each and every day!
I have been building websites since 2001 and decided to create Volt Fixer in 2020 due to the constant issues I have troubleshooted and fixed over the years.
For the last 15 years I have been working at https://benleighvending.com.au/ as a website administrator and IT technician. My job involves troubleshooting various computer problems as well as fixing issues with our vending machines.
